Conditions By engaging Cube Bitz's services

The client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledges having read and understood them in their entirety.

Scope of Services

Cube Bitz, a digital marketing agency located in Bangalore, offers a range of services including but not limited to social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and website design.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide Cube Bitz with all necessary information, materials, and access required to perform the agreed-upon services. This includes timely provision of content, images, and any other assets needed for the execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered by Cube Bitz is due according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Intellectual Property

Cube Bitz retains all intellectual property rights associated with work produced during the engagement. This includes but is not limited to design assets, marketing collateral, and campaign strategies. The client may not use, reproduce, or distribute any such materials without prior written consent from Cube Bitz.

Confidentiality

Cube Bitz agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent. Likewise, the client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Cube Bitz during the course of the engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date. Cube Bitz will cease all ongoing work and deliver any completed materials to the client.

Liability

Cube Bitz shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The total liability of Cube Bitz shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services in question.
